Tennis Cardio

Tennis Cardio is one of the most popular adult classes we run at St Roch’s tennis club. While covering all strokes with specific drills and throwing in some strengthening exercises, the aim is to keep the heart pumping the feet moving and the calories Disappearing!!

Tennis Cardio is for all standards. Each week you are fitted with a pedometer counting your steps and trying to increase the amount of steps you do each week improving your work out. Maybe you would like to get some friends together and start your own tennis cardio class. Call for more information.

Tennis Cardio 1 on 1

This is a great 1 hour workout which covers all strokes with specific drills and point play. This is a great way to improve your tennis and is a lot more fun than going for a run or to the gym. Tennis Cardio 1 on 1 is for all standards. Call for more information.
